  • Delays in payment may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Revisions & Feedback

Clients are entitled to reasonable revisions as per the package chosen. Excessive changes outside the scope of the agreement may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Superhuman Innovators remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Superhuman Innovators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits or business interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Superhuman Innovators’ operational jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

9. Changes to Terms
